We have over one hundred properties in the North Devon area and we are acquiring new ones on a regular basis. Many of our tenants have been with us for a considerable time and have enjoyed, what we believe to be, a superb standard of service and a dedication which can only come from a company that specifically specialises in the property lettings business.

We have a wide and varied range of properties in areas as diverse as the North Devon coast line, the more inland countryside famed for its beauty and of course the traditional and thriving town centres.

Tattersalls do not ask for administration fees or fees of any kind from prospective tenants, making us unique, as far as we are aware, in the lettings market. The only cost incurred to a prospective tenant is a holding fee of £100 once any tenancy has been offered to them. This sum secures the tenancy and holds the property for the applicant until the tenancy date is reached. The £100 is then reimbursed to the tenant in the form of it being deducted from the first month’s rent once the tenancy begins. The holding deposit will only be withheld if the applicant decides not to take on the tenancy of the property after they have agreed to do so, the holding deposit is then used by Tattersalls to re advertise the property and to cover any other administration cost incurred.
