It
is normal practise for the Landlord to arrange with the Post
Office for the re-direction of mail, and also inform the
necessary authorities of the Managing Agents address.
Tattersalls will forward mail within the United Kingdom
should the Post Office fail to do so. The cost of
re-directing mail abroad will be charged to the Landlords
account, and this will be done on a monthly basis. We
reserve the right to open any mail that could be considered
unimportant (circulars etc.) to avoid unnecessary cost for
postage abroad.
