We aim to match the right prospective Tenant with the right property as quickly and efficiently as possible. We advertise all properties in our window and on our own web site www.tattersallspm.com with colour photographs. We will also advertise your property in the North Devon Journal and other regional papers according to the location of the property and we provide prospective Tenants with full written details of each property with photographs. We also run a comprehensive database and mail shoot details of properties to all suitable tenants

We will arrange and accompany all prospective Tenants on all viewings.  When a suitable tenant has been found, and with your agreement, your property will be offered to them subject to their references.  Three separate references are normally obtained for each prospective Tenant: bank, employer and previous landlord or a character reference.  In the case of self-employed persons we would approach their accountant or take two character references.  Every endeavour is made to check the authenticity of references, but we can not guarantee them personally.  The Landlord will be kept informed at all times as matters proceed.
